On Namefi.io, the future’s cast
Namefi Beta Application Version 2 is Live (check out at Namefi.io) .
Namefi has also gotten a song by Hedgehog. Also, we have now unlocked a payment gateway for purchasing Namefi Service credits ($NFSC) with ethers.
Use any wallet app, send a small amount of ethers to NFSC address

Through the contract, our community member Maks has purchased 0xup.com with his own money for the first time! We are excited to see more of Namefiers trying out buying $NFSC with ethers.
Last week, Namefi Ops and our designer Mian has devoted the majority of their time crafting an official pitch deck for Namefi’s seed round fundraising. This week, we are happy to announce that we are kicking start the raising process, so if anyone of you spot any investors are are aligned with Namefi’s value, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!
We are also open to work with more domainers and domain industry educators to push go-to-markets for Namefi and enable more domainers to tokenize their domains onchain.
Announcement aside, we are thrilled to see Andrew Rosener, the #1 Domain Broker in the World, to have signed up Namefi’s Beta Testing! It’s such an encouragement to us, and we look forward to onboarding Andrew to tokenize domains through Namefi! If you are available this weekend, definitely check our Andrew’s podcast with Tim Ferriss. It is sooooo good! It went through how traditional ICANN accredited domains could not be replaced by ENS or decentralised domains as information cannot be decentralised as easily as money. It’s a very info-dense podcast, and we hope you enjoy every second of the 2.5-hour show.
Partnership-wise, we have some interesting and powerful partners to announce in the upcoming weeks. Currently, we are working with Sign Protocol to anticipate and work on human-readable, globally unique names that can make attestations and signatures more readable and less phishing-prone. At the same time, we are also actively looking to work with DeFi ecosystem partners to make Namefi NFTs better equipped with DeFi superpowers! However, we are also open to community suggestions, if you would like us to integrate into any of your favourite protocols in Web3, let us know on Discord.
Last week, we also announced to work together with Orange DAO on Namefi Startup Program to call more Web3 startups to tokenise domains for better brand protection.
In terms of Namefi Twitter Space, we have decided to host three 3 spaces per week:
Monday on DeFi
Wednesday on Domains!
Friday on Identity/Ownable Web
Last week we are super honoured to have invited Marco Mirabella, the CEO of Ensuro, to share how insurance can be tokenised through DeFi protocols while providing real world values. Our ambassador Alex, the cryptoreporter.eth, invited Cameron from GBM auctions to walk us through how we could auction our domains on GBM and how onchain auction is 1000x better than the offchain auction system by the old ledger. This friday, we will host a space with the Kenny White, founder and CEO of Shell Protocol, to discuss how Namefi and Shell could work together to enable batch domain auctions onchain and swapping domains with cryptonative tokens.
